Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, in certain circumstances, we may offer a one-time store credit at our discretion for items that are unopened and unused.


Product Expectations

All lash lengths are measured prior to application. Please note that lash styles may appear longer or more dramatic depending on curl, mapping, eye shape, and application technique.

We recommend reviewing product photos and descriptions carefully or reaching out prior to purchase if you need help selecting a style.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds (Damaged Goods Only)

If approved, refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items reported within 3 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
