Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

All orders ship from Surprise, Arizona. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email or phone number entered at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.

Processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays and may vary during peak seasons.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify or reroute the package.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can re-ship the order at the customer’s expense.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.


International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipments.

Tracking updates for international orders may be delayed. If your package has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we will assist you.
