FAQ'S

Lash clusters and Diy lash Extensions are applied underneath your natural lashes just above your water line but not ON your water line. If you can feel the lashes that means they were applied on or too close to your water line, remove and reapply. When properly applied you will not be able to feel them.

My diy lash extensions are not lasting what am I doing wrong?

If your lashes are not lasting it can be a few things. First we want to make sure enough glue is being used, if theres not enough glue the lashes do not have enough to attach to. Second if you get your lashes wet within the first 24 hours it can prevent the lashes from properly bonding and make them not last as long. Third it can mean you may have forgotten to use your applicator tool and squeeze your lashes at the final step. And lastly make sure your lashes are clean and free of oil, oil is what separates the bond and allows for removal so if there is oil on your lashes it will prevent from lasting.
